ZillowVERIFIED When my wife and I decided to start looking for a house in 2020, we were absolutely terrified of the process. We met with Dan and he went over every single thing in great detail and immediately took a lot of the pressure off of us. His knowledge and expertise of the whole process absolutely put us at ease.We were searching for a house during peak Covid, when the market went crazy on Long Island. We must have looked at over 40 houses and Dan was absolutely professional and helpful with every single one. He modified his schedule to meet ours, and was always on time. He had amazing patience and didn't mind if we wanted to look at short sales, foreclosures, "fixer uppers" etc. He never steered or pushed us to look at anything we didn't want to and was very open to looking at any of the "weird" styles of homes we sometimes wanted to see. We finally found a house towards the end of 2020 and Dan got our offer accepted within hours. He understood the time crunch, as we were living in a 700sqft house with a one year old and had a second child on the way and needed to move quickly. The entire process was very smooth and I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. We now have a 3br house with a nice yard and a deck in a good school district for our family to enjoy. I never would have thought this would have come true in a million years. I wouldn't hesitate to call Dan in the future if we ever decide to sell and buy another house. Thank you again!!

My husband and I found out we were having our first child just about two months in when we decided ok its time to finally move out of my moms house and find a home for our growing family! With a dog and a baby on the way we were very picky (mostly me) in finding the perfect home! My husband worked a 9-5 job Monday through Friday but not me, I am a bartender and work randomly and not consistent days! He made us feel 100% comfortable from the beginning.. ( especially myself since most of my income is cash and hard to track) with our budget and what we wanted and did not want! Wether that was towns in where we wanted to look, or places with big yards and or basements or not! He was always completely honest with us and took so much time out of his busy life to show us a house that I aEURoeneeded to seeaEUR?! With his own past experience of home buying we always felt grateful for his helpful tips that never seemed too forward! He didn't care about just another sell he truly cared about us as people. We went on vacation and told Dan we needed to take a break from looking and he never pushed us to see houses or keep looking, and when the time was right we went right back out there on the hunt! For instance he noticed that the shingles in the front of the house were older than the shingles in the back due to the design pattern of each, even our home inspector was impressed with that. We never felt pressured to go and look at more properties, and when we decided on properties to look at he was really fast to reply to us and schedule showings. Even months after we closed on our home he has always been available for help when we needed it.
