EXIT Realty - Great Plains

Dana made it easy to sell our home while we moved. We lived a few hours away, but she made it super easy to fill out paperwork. She went out of her way to check on our property and let us know if anything was wrong. If there was, she would have recommendations or people we could contact to deal with any problems. She is also very knowledgeable about the area, and gave us great advice when negotiating. Whether you are moving away, or to the area, Dana makes it easy.

Dana was awesome in every step of our home buying! Ours was not an easy buy and Dana went over and above to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. She is so knowledgeable about the process, the area, and who to help fix our home. I highly recommend her for your realtor. She is the best I have come across in all the homes we have previously bought.

Dana worked with me on three different properties in NW Iowa in 2025. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and available to answer questions. I truly appreciated her expertise and approach.

Dana was exceptional to work with. Very, very knowledgeable about everything that needs to be done in a home to sell it. We've sold one other house in IA and three in AZ and I would without a doubt pick her over all the others! The most personable realtor we have ever worked with. Didn't matter when I called or text her she returned them within a very short time. I highly recommend Dana for a realtor. She made the entire process much easier than most do.

I had a good experience with Dana. She was very professional and friendly and responded quickly to any concerns regarding the sell of my home. She went over and beyond what I asked of her. She called multiple contractors for me, as I already moved out of state. She met with each contractors and went over their bids with me and the prices. She helped me negotiate any concerns the buyer may have had and she worked tiredlesslssy with the buyers agent. I was very impressed with Dana and would highly recommend her as a realtor to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. She is very knowledgeable on the laws and selling and buying procedures. Even though I was stressed out because it was my first time selling a home, she always greeted me with much needed friendly encouragement.
