ZillowVERIFIED In September, I was interested in purchasing property: 503 N 10th St, Estherville, IA 51334, listed under this agent. You attempted to discourage me from getting a home inspection and had lied about the functionality of a few things. After I hired my own inspector, she then attempted to get me to hire her guy and I declined. She then tried to make it difficult for my inspection to gain access to the home. When the inspection review came back, the home had significant structural, foundation, roof and other problems. I am currently fighting with the realtor commission as to why the true condition of the home is not disclosed on the various real estate websites. In addition, I intend on filing a small claim against the agent. If you are going to disregard this review, hire your own inspector from Minnesota and do not pick one from this realtor's list. 06/03/2025: This is in response to the reply by the agent of my Sept review: As stated previously, this agent is not trustworthy and is only responding since I have opted to not follow through with the hearing that was scheduled for May 15th. The hearing was dismissed per MY REQUEST and not because the agent was found to be honest. This agent claims that the inspector wrote a letter on her behalf; however, I have the inspector's report to demonstrate otherwise. She waited until I dismissed the claim against her to respond months later.

We were from out of state and she kept us up to date on all that was going on in the area we were looking to purchase. West of 35 and North of 80. although she doesn't cover most of the area she would connect us with someone in the area that she trusted. She was very knowledgeable on the process for VA and only provided homes that looked to be VA loan eligible. Once we had a house under contract she kept the other realtor on task so as to complete the deal. Facilitated our closing at a Panera Bread in Loveland Co. Do we recommend her, ABSOLUTLY.
