Having known Lance for a number of years I knew that he would always be forthcoming and have my best interest at heart. In my opinion thats critical when selecting a real estate agent. After some initial low offers, Lance reassured me to hang tight and wait for a better offer. He showed his experience and knowledge and within a few weeks he found a buyer and I achieve the high end of my comps.

He was always quick to communicate, clear, responsive, and took the time to understand our specific needs as we listed our property. Throughout the sale process, he was always available to answer questions quickly and provide guidance when needed. We appreciated his personable manner, patience, professionalism and guidance, and were thrilled that the sales transaction from listing to closing was so smooth. Lance took away so much of the stress that is usually associated with real estate transactions, and made the entire process feel seamless. The process of finding a house could not have been made easier. Lance was very knowledgeable of the area. I gave him a tight window of time to look for houses and he was able to fit 7-8 homes to go look at in that time frame. He gave me advice when I asked for it but was never too pushy. He is very reliable and responsive even after normal "business hours." When it came to buying the home, Lance has gone above and beyond the basic responsibilities of a realtor. When I am looking for another home in the area, will definitely be giving Lance a call.

Kevin did a fantastic job with helping us find our next investment property in the Disney area (Davenport/Champions Gate/Four Corners). He also helped us sell our first property as well. He went above and beyond since we were buying and selling from out of state. He was a quick responder and knew the area very well. Not afraid to tell us his opinion on offers, area, condition of the homes., etc. Very thorough! We would definitely recommend Kevin to anyone buying or selling in the Disney area! He even helped us move a couch in after we closed! What service! He also put a ring doorbell in for us as well. We really enjoyed working with him and will again in the future.
