ZillowVERIFIED The process of finding a house could not have been made easier. Lance was very knowledgeable of the area. I gave him a tight window of time to look for houses and he was able to fit 7-8 homes to go look at in that time frame. He gave me advice when I asked for it but was never too pushy. He is very reliable and responsive even after normal "business hours." When it came to buying the home, Lance has gone above and beyond the basic responsibilities of a realtor. When I am looking for another home in the area, will definitely be giving Lance a call.

After some initial low offers, Lance reassured me to hang tight and wait for a better offer. Lance knows the market, the Florida laws and the process and guides you every step of the way. He is excellent at communication with the mortgage brokers ,title companies, inspection companies . He is super smart, patient and understanding as well as responsive . I can recommend him highly to anyone looking for an exceptional agent. There are tons of realtors in central Florida but none as exceptional as Lance, I never considered another agent because he is simply the best at what he does .

Hes a very intelligent individual who can quickly read people, which is the perfect combination necessary when dealing with clients. We knew, with great confidence, that Lance would be able to answer and help with *any* questions or concerns that arise.Lance cleared out his whole weekend before going on vacation just for us, so we could meet in person and get the ball rolling. With the help of Lance we actually put an offer in on a house less than a week after initially emailing him! The process was so seamless and smooth that we all were just waiting around for the closing date! (Lance kept offering to try to move it up for us, by the way!!) :)This was the first house we have ever bought, in the future we will probably purchase out of state, and honestly I am doubtful well be able to find a realtor as great as Lance. He really set the bar high. Lance helped us locate financing, select a title company, get through the inspection process and utilizing a VA loan meeting our tight deadlines. Mr. Whipple was concerned about what me and my family both wanted and needed, as buyers and sellers. We have dealt with other Real Estate Agents in the past, that spent more time trying to steer us where they wanted us to go, rather than where we wanted to go. He was also very knowledgeable, as to what makes a property easier to sell. He stuck with us through the entire buying and selling process and he wasn't satisfied until we were! ZillowVERIFIED I started working with Lance 18 months ago when we decided to move our offices to Florida. We wanted a home to base the offices that also allow us a place to stay. We rented for a year and then went on to buy a new home all through Lance. We gave Lance the basic description and he showed us homes that met our objective. He supported us in the rental and worked in our behalf on the purchase. Have a business owned home adds to HOA requirements and he worked with both the HOA and US Postal service to get us what we wanted. We stopped in at Lance's office to see if we might find an older home. Lance directed us to a gated community/new construction location nearby. Two days later we were putting a contract on a home in this same community! Lance was with us during all phases of the purchase of our home, including closing 34 days after the purchase process started. He was hands on during the entire process, helping us to deal with everything. I would highly recommend Lance to anyone interested in purchasing a home!
