After the passing of my mother, I found myself tasked with having to sell her home. Having never bought or sold a house on my own ever, this was an intimidating endeavor to say the least. Its hard enough to have to deal with a funeral, medical bills, legal issues, paying monthly bills and taxes but now the prospect of having to sell your childhood home was overwhelming. I had a few real estate agent recommendations and went through flyers and postcards sent from realtors over the years and Larry was the first person I contacted. I knew he sold a few houses on my mothers block, and he lived in the neighborhood so I figured that would be a good place to start. I didnt need to look any further. The first time I spoke with him over the phone and during our first meeting, Larry was kind, compassionate and assured me that he would do everything to make the process as easy as possible. He walked me through the process step by step and provided me with recommendations for lawyers and movers to help clean the house out. During the brutal snowstorms we had this winter, he even found someone to clear the snow from the driveway and walkway for me. He knew I didnt live close by and could only get to the house once a week but he checked on the house for me to make sure everything was ok and taken care of. If I texted him with questions or concerns at night or over the weekend, he always got back to me right away and never made me feel like a bother. As the open house date approached, he comforted me and assured me that everything would go well. Not only did we get many offers on the first day, including the one I accepted, but the house went for well over the price I was expecting. From the beginning of this process, I prayed that I would find a good, reliable team that would help me navigate this sad path and Larry was certainly an answer to that prayer. He is honest, caring, professional and very hard working. Whether youre buying or selling a home, look no further- Larry is your man! I cant be more thankful for having such a great person in my corner during one of the hardest times in my life.

Id like to give a big shout out to Larry Gardner of Exit Realty for his excellent expertise and assistance in selling my parents house. It was a huge undertaking and Larry handled it with such grace and efficiency which made it all the less stressful. We combatted a probate on the will, a difficult sibling, a lien on the house, a missing C.O., a completely demolished bedroom and electrical issues. I could never have done this without the knowledge and sincere care that he has to offer. He answered every phone call and just about held my hand throughout the entire process.
