ZillowVERIFIED Id like to give a big shout out to Larry Gardner of Exit Realty for his excellent expertise and assistance in selling my parents house. It was a huge undertaking and Larry handled it with such grace and efficiency which made it all the less stressful. We combatted a probate on the will, a difficult sibling, a lien on the house, a missing C.O., a completely demolished bedroom and electrical issues. I could never have done this without the knowledge and sincere care that he has to offer. He answered every phone call and just about held my hand throughout the entire process. Hands down, both my husband and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to either buy or sell a house. He was a Godsend and we so appreciate it.

It came down to me needing to rent the home before I could close. All this because I was waiting for the town to grant COs so I could close on the home I was selling. Larry took the time to get to know us as a family and help guide us to those areas with the right mix of schools, shops, and amenities that we were looking for. ZillowVERIFIED I would highly reccommend Lawrence Gardner in a heartbeat. Larry came into my life by chance and I feel blessed that he did. When I met Larry I had lost my husband and son within 3 months of each other. I was in a bad financial situation and needed to sell my home. Larry came to my home listened to my story and became the real estate agent everyone should have to help sell their home. He was very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. No matter how many times I would call him he would always answer me in a timely fashion and never left me hanging. Although we were not able to sell the home it definately was not because of anything Larry did. The home had too many leins on the property and we did go into contract three times but it was the bank that would not negotiate. Larry did everything he could possibly do with an impossible situation. There is no doubt in my mind that he would have sold my home but because of all the leins it just wasntt going to happen but he gave 100% at all times and he will always give it his all. As I said before I would reccommend Larry in a heartbeat.
