EWK Realty

Everyone needs a Real estate agent like Rich!! We live in NH and were selling a house in Everett. Rich knew all the vendors we needed , a plumber, an electrician, drywall and junk removal. All very professional and a good price. We highly, more than five stars, recommend Rich.

Rich was beyond easy to work with. He kept us updated every step of the way. There were hours of work behind the scenes that Rich put in that led to our perfect scenario. Our house was showcased perfectly and led to a lot of attention. When it came to finding our new home, Rich was able to walk us through our first experience and made it seem easy. We were in great hands through the entire process. Rich is familiar with the market and it showed countless times. I highly recommend Rich to anyone that is in the market now and in the future. He didnt promise anything and still managed to over-deliver. Such an excellent experience.

This is our second home that Rich has sold for us. I wouldnt go with anyone else. He did so well for us selling and buying our last home that it was a no brainer to call him again and help us sell our townhouse as we were retiring and moving out of state. We were a little nervous about getting the money back that we paid for this townhouse as it had only been about 2 1/2 years since we purchased it. Well, much to my surprise (being that the market wasnt that great for selling townhomes in this area) Rich did what he does best, he sold our place and he got us more than we expected. We not only made our money back but we walked away with an additional $150,000 profit. Rich is very good at what he does. He does his research and we trust him. He really works for you and not himself. I cant thank him enough for all hes done for us. Trust me, hes the agent you want!!!

Rich was an excepional partner for our first home-buying experience. He's hands-on, deeply knowledgeable, and was always willing to explain parts of the process that we didn't understand without making us feel stupid or like we were wasting his time. He made the process so easy for us, and we're grateful to enter homeownership off the back of a low-stress buying process... he set us up well for our next chapter!

Richard did an amazing job with selling our condo. We had moved away and he helped us get it prepared and it sold very quickly with only one open house. I strongly recommend Richard.
