He did so well for us selling and buying our last home that it was a no brainer to call him again and help us sell our townhouse as we were retiring and moving out of state. We were a little nervous about getting the money back that we paid for this townhouse as it had only been about 2 1/2 years since we purchased it. Well, much to my surprise (being that the market wasnt that great for selling townhomes in this area) Rich did what he does best, he sold our place and he got us more than we expected. We not only made our money back but we walked away with an additional $150,000 profit. Rich is very good at what he does. He does his research and we trust him. He really works for you and not himself. I cant thank him enough for all hes done for us. Trust me, hes the agent you want!!!

I found that some realtors don't return calls for days.
