As first time homebuyers my wife and I truly had no idea what we were doing and had so many questions. We used David and Rachel twice. We moved from Blountville, TN to Missouri in 2015. We initially listed our house in Blountville with another agent, and it sat on the market for 3 years. Then we switched to David and Rachel. We were not able to visit our house often, and even though the prior agent assured us that it was maintained, it was not. David and Rachel got it fixed up, and got an offer within 3 months. We planned to move back to Tennessee in 2025, and in 2024 David and Rachel spent 4 or 5 days to drive us all over east Tennessee, Blountville, Church Hill, Elizabethton, Erwin, Kingsport, Johnson City, Jonesborough, Chuckey, Greeneville, and houses out in the country even south of Greeneville. They were knowledgeable about good and bad points for each house and helped guide us to what we really wanted. We chose a house in Chuckey, and are very happy.

We were going through a difficult divorce and had a tricky situation with a halfway-installed pool on the property. Rachel guided us through every step with professionalism and care. She kept both parties well-informed throughout the entire process, ensuring clear communication despite the challenges. After having our home on the market with another realtor for nearly a year with no success, Rachel listed it (at the same price as previous listing) and got it sold in under 50 days. Her expertise made all the difference and led us to a smooth, successful closing.

After our daughter's house in NE TN burned down, we started looking to buy a new house and met Rachel and David. We were living in NY and they made sure we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. They also found us a mortgage broker. Once we found the house, the closing went so smoothly. Three years later our daughter moved back to NY and of course we called Rachel to sell the house. She got it sold and closed within 3 months. I'll be forever grateful for them being our eyes and ears in TN!
