Evan Downey Real Estate Group, eXp Realty

I had a great experience working with Evan to sell my home. The market wasn't always easy, and there were definitely some stressful moments along the way, but Evan was patient, responsive, and always available to answer my questions throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was how well he kept me informed and took the time to talk through my options without ever making me feel pressured. Even when things were moving slower than I hoped, he stayed positive, continued working to get my home sold, and kept everything moving once we had a buyer. From listing all the way through closing, I truly felt like I had someone in my corner. Evan was knowledgeable, dependable, easy to work with, and genuinely committed to getting my home sold. I'm so happy to finally have the sale completed and would absolutely recommend Evan to anyone looking for a realtor who will stick with you from beginning to end.
