When a plumbing and roofing issue came up in the inspection, he had a plumber and roofer out the very next day to address it, and he even negotiated a brand new roof installed before closing. 5 stars would recommend!

As soon as I got my loan approval from the lender, Evan immediately started looking at homes with me the following day. ZillowVERIFIED It's all in the terms! When buying a home I always thought it was just the highest offer wins, which in some cases it is. But little did I know, you don't necessarily have to have the highest offer if your terms are on point! Evan was strategic in guiding me through this process and we won against other offers, without even offering over asking price...because the terms of the contract were extremely appealing to the seller. All the steps after your offer gets accepted are intimidating but he quickly put my worries at bay with thorough explanations, which he also elaborates on through his YouTube channel, great content! He's obviously seasoned and knows what he is doing. I highly recommend him.
