We loved working with the PHREE team! Peter helped us buy our house then several years later, Patrick helped us buy a piece of land to build a house and sold our house. They are very communicative and walk you through every step of the process whether buying a home (home inspections, appraisals, etc), selling a home (what to improve, fair listing price, etc) and buying land (survey reports, septic testing, etc). We have had a wonderful experience with them and would use them again (but hopefully won't for many, many years).

I was extremely satisfy with the service, expertise and the support they give me. In the process i had to decline a offer and i didn't feel the pressure to not decline it.

This is the second time we have worked with Patrick. The first time, Patrick helped us buy our first home 3 years ago. We reached out again to Patrick who helped us sell our house and buy our new house. He was extremely knowledgeable. He understands the housing market and helped give suggestions.
