Peter was not only quick on his feet at critical points in time, but over the full course of multiple transactions, he consistently went the extra mile with bringing both calm and experienced command as well as clear-headed reasoning to some extra-ordinary circumstances facing both the search and negotiating of our new home as well as helping us later successfully circumnavigate sticky issues surrounding the sale of our old one in the face of bullying over-reach by a domineering home owners association. I can say from our experience that Peter is all about being full-package support for his buyers and sellers, keeping their specific wishes and desires front and center, and while confidently leading by way of a firm container yet gentle communicative approach to this sometimes rocky-road process of home buying and selling. Ive never experienced someone in the realtors business with this level of demonstrated concern for the well-being of his clients, nor this degree of integrity in his commitment and demonstrated work ethic. ZillowVERIFIED We loved working with the PHREE team! Peter helped us buy our house then several years later, Patrick helped us buy a piece of land to build a house and sold our house. They are very communicative and walk you through every step of the process whether buying a home (home inspections, appraisals, etc), selling a home (what to improve, fair listing price, etc) and buying land (survey reports, septic testing, etc). We have had a wonderful experience with them and would use them again (but hopefully won't for many, many years).

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough about how amazing Peter and his Team are. This was my 5th home purchase and my 4th home sale and this was the strangest transaction Ive ever had. Through all the twists and turns, everyone was on the ball. Patrick, our Buyers Agent, was so responsive and always available to answer questions and very patient as we walked through house after house looking for our perfect one. He was by our side all the way through closing and even on the day of closing when we had issues arise, he did everything in his power to make sure we closed on time, and we did. We LOVE our new home!Peter helped us with the sale of our existing home. The process was very smooth and we had multiple offers within the first week. He offered great advice to get us a great deal! You cant forget Amy in the office. She was always just a phone call away and always had the answers when you needed them! The whole team really made you feel like you were the only client they had and you were the most important person to them. I would absolutely recommend them for all your real estate needs!

He did a good job of finding us a places to consider even though we had a lot of requirements for a house. And after our third viewing we found the house we wanted. He was an excellent resource while coordinating with the mortgage company, the listers, the listing agent, and the title company. He was familiar with other people in the industry and could make informed recommendations that helped us make decisions on the best way to move foreward.

His partner, Scott, was very awesome to talk to, as well as, patient. They both payed attention to what we had to say and adjusted what they were showing us based on what we were looking for. This resulted in getting exactly what we were looking for in a house. Peter gave us a fantastic suggestion for a home inspector, who was great to talk to and get advice from during the inspection process. We had the meeting and he did excellent job explaining benefits of having a realtor. We listed with Peter and received an offer within 45 days. Peter contacted me weekly to check in, discuss progress and provide updates. There was a delay in closing due to some papers missing, he called me late in evening to let me know the status and then called me on the weekend to provide update.
