Outstandingly amazing realtor. Alex is always cordial and in a good mood when dealing with her clientele. Recently, we just worked out a deal on a 5 Acre property in Mountain Home, AR, and she was with me every step of the way, making sure everything from the septic layout to all the contracts were signed, dated, and organized for both her and my records in an extremely timely fashion. Coupled with the fact that the seller was overseas with a ~12 hour time difference, she was able to coordinate and communicate as a medium between us and even got an astounding owner financing offer that pleased both parties.
