Outstandingly amazing realtor. Alex is always cordial and in a good mood when dealing with her clientele. Recently, we just worked out a deal on a 5 Acre property in Mountain Home, AR, and she was with me every step of the way, making sure everything from the septic layout to all the contracts were signed, dated, and organized for both her and my records in an extremely timely fashion. Coupled with the fact that the seller was overseas with a ~12 hour time difference, she was able to coordinate and communicate as a medium between us and even got an astounding owner financing offer that pleased both parties. She even gave me a parting gift upon closing of the property. Highly recommend this experienced and friendly realtor for any first time home buyers and up to serial property investors. Thank you Alex for all the great work you helped me with!

Alex was very Friendly and helpful with Excellent Communication skills, would Highly recommend. Even with a family emergency she made sure we were taking care of. Knowing that we were driving there she kept on checking on our arrival time. Made sure that we made it on time for closing on our property and time to walk through the property.

Alex listened attentively and compassionately to my needs when it came time to see my home. She was available any time of the day to answer my questions or concerns. She was truly invested in helping me through the emotional and physical process of selling my home of 35 years, which was not an easy thing to do. I thought I loved the flow and feel of my home and wasn?t quite sure how I felt about her ?staging? it, but I absolutely loved how Alex was able to take my furniture and belongings and rearrange them into a living space that was more welcoming and pleasing to the eyes. This, I feel, is what caused my home to become a top favorite among buyers. Alex sold it quickly and for the asking price! Not only did she exemplify incredible professionalism and driven commitment, but she was a warm, kind, and thoughtful human being throughout the process. I would highly recommend Alex Hoffman as your real estate agent when selling or buying a home!

Alex Hoffmann was wonderful to work with when my husband and I went to buy a home in the Mountain Home area, moving in from out of state. She went above and beyond to help us find our dream home. Alex is very knowledgeable and so very helpful. She really listened and understood all of our needs in our new home search. She kept us updated on new listings, and introduced and showed us different listed properties around the area. Alex truly was with us every step of the way. I highly recommend using her! And she was very helpful with all of the little extras too!

Alex went out of her way to find a lot that met my needs. My requirements were very restrictive due to the type of structures I wanted to build and the living conditions I would require. Other agents would send me a link to a listing on line and not follow through while Alex sought additional information about the properties and would meet me at the properties to get my opinions. Alex will definitely be my agent when I am in a position to sell my present home.
