ERA Team VP Real Estate

Cynthia did a great job helping us to sell our house. She kept us informed of both the progress and the options. She was pleasant to work with and to just talk. I would highly recommend her services to anyone. Her husband was also a big help. As things turned out, the first party that looked at our house (on the first day after Cynthia posted the for sale sign on our lawn) made us an offer we couldn't refuse and eventually made the purchase. How great is that! She had told us that she knew the Westfield market, and her work proved that. Five stars*****

Cynthia and Rob were extremely knowledgeable and supportive during the entire process. Communique never lapsed when I posed questions through email or phone messages. Cynthia provided excellent guidance in staging the home for potential buyers and throughout the logistical steps of finalizing the sale with attorneys. She always had our best interests at heart and provided options for our decision process. We could not have chosen anyone better! Triple AAA plus. Harold Heximer

Cynthia is an incredibly kind and knowledgeable realtor. I would recommend her without hesitation to any of my family or friends. She was honest and straightforward and made the home selling process so much easier!

We have worked with Cynthia multiple times over the years and it is her down to earth professionalism that keeps us coming back to her whenever a real estate situation comes along. She is quick to respond to our questions. Even if she does not know the answer at the time she will let you know she is checking on the answer. Most recently we were looking for a particular type of property and Cynthia would always send us information on various properties that came along. If you need a hard worker...Cynthia is the one.

Weve had wonderful experiences with Cynthia Rosenbloom! She was the realtor for our purchase several years back, and the only person we called to handle our recent sale. She did an amazing job both times!! She has experience, knowledge and always there if you have a question. Her negotiation skills helped us purchase under ask and sell over ask. We are very pleased and highly recommend Cynthia!
