Heard lake home for sale were at an all time low. I contacted Cynthia on Sat. Who verified the rumor. She came over on Sunday. Placed the ad on Monday morning and by 8:30 PM Mon. night the house sold for $65k more than it was listed for. Need I say more. She knew her market, keep me informed throughout Monday and gave us great advise. She is a true professional who is very competent and knowledgable. How else could I evaluate her for pulling off a very smooth real estate sale with a $65K gain over asking?
