We have had five real estate agents so far and Courtney was the best. We found Courtney on Zillow and decided to contact her because of how successful she was at her job. We previously had worked with two real estate agents in Missoula and hadn't had good services. Our first call to Courtney was at around 1 pm and she rearranged her schedule to meet with us the same day at 6pm as we told her we hoped to meet with her the same day. She was so kind as to call her husband and asked her husband if he could be with the kids that evening. That gesture already showed us that she understood we needed her help right away with selling our condo and she was going to be there for us. We arrived at our first meeting with Courtney five minutes early, and she was already there, inside the building at our front door. We were impressed with her punctuality and professionalism. We previously had had a real estate agent that we could not reach on the weekend. It was good to hear from Courtney that she would be available 24/7. Courtney immediately staged our condo and had a professional photographer take the pictures. Two days after our condo was listed on MLS and only 9 days after our first meeting with Courtney, we had a good offer as we listened to Courtney's advice. Courtney had the confidence to have an uncomfortable conversation with us about what we needed to do. We really appreciate that. Courtney will be available for you and you will get her helpful responses promptly. Every week we received a detailed report of the online traffic on our listing. Courtney's services were beyond our expectations. The selling process was smooth and easy. We are immensely grateful for all that she did for us.
