ERA Colonial Real Estate

Brenda is an awesome real estate agent. I have used her to purchase a home and now to sell my home. She takes care of everything which allows for less worry for the buyer or seller. I highly recommend!

Brenda is an exceptional realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and about the home buying process. She has an incredible sense of value and can spot the good bones of a home immediately. Not to mention she knows what looks good in a home and will increase the value of your home (flooring, wall colors, fixtures, etc) We had a difficult time finding a home due to the limited inventory, but Brenda was patient. She leveraged her network and a plethora of methods to help us find a home. She responded immediately to all of our questions and concerns, always with a smile and a wonderful sense of humor. If you are looking for a realtor that will be your fierce advocate, be truthful, and help you find or sell your home, stop reading this review and reach out to Brenda immediately. It?s not often in today?s world to find anyone in a sales position willing to go above and beyond to please a client. This is exactly what we found in our realtor Brenda Burke. Her work ethic and willingness to negotiate in order to please all involved in the real estate deal is unmatched. I have lived in 4 different states, and have bought and sold 5 homes. Without a doubt Brenda has been the most involved and attentive realtor I have worked with. She knows this business inside and out, and will dedicate her time and efforts beyond what is required. Brenda was never too busy, and also welcomed my questions and concerns. She gave me advice that was best for me, stayed true to her word, and delivered exceptional service. If you are looking for a home in the Austin area, no one is more qualified and makes the entire transaction as flawless as Brenda Burke!
