ZillowVERIFIED As a buyer I was referred to this agent under the USAA Rewards program. I had purchased a property in Larkspur in Leander unsight unseen as I was unable to travel at the time. I have reason to suspect she took advantage of me as a first time home buyer as she didnt disclose numerous details about the property and the subdivision. I had another agent conduct a walk through recently and she pointed out that there are high voltage lines behind the property that are linked to cancer and health concerns which make the property difficult to sell. It was the other agents opinion that Brenda aided the sellers by not disclosing the power lines and misled me into purchasing the house. The interior and exterior of the home did not match photos on the realtor website. For example I came to find out there are water stains and damage on the outside panels and the landscaping was in poor condition. There is no intersection with working traffic lights at the exit, entry point of the community at the 183 making it difficult to exit the community. The property is in the middle of no where forty minutes outside Austin. It doesnt suit my purpose or my needs that I originally discussed with Brenda. She never reimbursed me for the termite inspection that she offered to compensate me for in the interest of completing the sale. In fact she stopped returning my calls after the property was closed on and Ive had nothing but issues with the property and subdivision since the sale. As the other agent pointed out there are plenty of properties available in my price range in more desirable communities surrounding Austin and Brenda sold me an undesirable property that probably wouldnt have sold otherwise in the best interest of herself and the sellers.

Our house sold immediately and she provided good counsel to us to work through a fast sale before we were ready ....her photographer did outstanding - hard to believe it was our house as they were so nicely done. So she helped us sell fast and get exactly what we listed it for - which again was based on her knowledge of area and specifics - so we were thrilled in all she did to sell our home! She not only knows her job but she knows what the other players (title company, home inspectors, lenders, etc.) should be doing and by when. She points out red flags quickly (I wish I listened better). She really went to bat for me on several occasions, especially with the lender, and I couldnt have done this without her! We were moving in from out of state, found a house online we wanted to come see, made flight reservations and then ended up having flight issues and had to drive 14 hours to get here. Brenda set up and then reshuffled our house tours and gave us great advice for getting the house we fell in love with (competing bidder issues). She gave us great resources to get the home inspection done and a back-up lender when our first lender fell through. I could not have asked for a better realtor! I will absolutely recommend her to family, friends or anyone moving to the greater Austin area!

Being new to the area and having some commuting concerns Brenda blocked out an entire week to commit to us and make sure we had a solid grasp on the Austin area and several surrounding areas. She toured us ALL OVER the greater Austin, Ceder Park, Leander, Georgetown area! Even though there were some long days she made it a lot of fun and we had a great time. After a couple of weeks, when we were comfortable narrowing down the search Brenda was very thorough in finding and taking us to see and analyze surrounding comp properties so we felt confident in our offer. Throughout the process Brenda was very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional.
