Equity Pennsylvania Real Estate

I had the pleasure of working with Mit Patel for over four years, and he consistently demonstrated professionalism, ethics, and dedication throughout the entire journey. His energy and enthusiasm never changedaEUR"he showed me my final home with the same commitment as my first. Mit is highly knowledgeable and an exceptional negotiator. He went above and beyond to secure an incredible deal for me, achieving over $100K in negotiation on a new home when the builder initially offered very little. I highly recommend Mit to anyone looking for a skilled, trustworthy, and truly professional real estate agent.

If you want a smooth, stress-free home-buying experience, hire Mit Patel! He is proactive, sharp, and knows the local market inside out. Mit helped us structure a winning offer, guided us smoothly through inspection details and contingencies, and was always available to answer our questions immediately. We could not have asked for a better agent to represent us

Reviewing as a seller. I didn't not work with this guy but very irresponsible and no accountability agent, we came back to our home currently on sale to find out he left the lights on after a showing with his client the day before. I texted him to ask if I should bill him for the amount of wasted electricity and expecting an apology but all he said was "Everything was shut. Thank you". So he basically said I was lying. Super unprofessional the way he responded.

Mit was fantastic to work with! Professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciated their dedication and support. Highly recommend Mit to anyone looking for a great realtor!

Mit did an outstanding job assisting us with buying our home. He took the time to truly understand what we were looking for, answered every text and question quickly, and walked us through every single step. He pointed out things during house tours we would have completely missed. We felt completely supported and never rushed.
