Mit is an excellent at what he does, let me tell you why, I was in search for new house as rentals prices were high, Mit was recommended by a friend, reached out, we connected and I told him what and how I wanted dream home to be, then we started looking, 2 to 3 months of follow through, visit over 50 properties and countless back and forth, finally came through on his highly recommended new construction, he suggested my needs with modern style new construction and was able to find the one with all my requirements. Today month inside my dream home.
