Equity Fifty Five LLC

Kris was great! Very helpful and helped guide us along the way. She helped us with what needed to be done to sell. Our house sold right away! The whole process went smoothly and she was always available to answer our questions. I would definitely recommend her as a realtor.

We used Kris when we bought our first home back in 2013 and she was awesome to work with then, so it only made sense to use her when we decided to sell our home. The best thing about Kris is that she is not pushy and she truly has her clients best interest. She listens to all your questions and concerns and uses them in her analysis in order that all parties are happy and are well informed. I would recommend Kris time and time again to anyone that is looking at buying or selling their home. God bless

Second to none, Kris is a true skilled professional. At her expense, she hired professionals to photograph our home and it sold within 5 days OVER asking price. As we were out of town, she kept us updated and made herself available to let in inspectors and various workers. Kris definitely went over and above to keep our transaction as hassle free as possible. I would highly recommend Kris to anyone looking for a Realtor.

Kris was awesome to work with. This was my first time selling a home. She guided us effortlessly through complex paperwork and negotiations. She is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to questions from us or potential buyers, any time of the day, or day of the week. I was very impressed with both Kris, and felt like She had our best interests at heart.
