Carrie is amazing to work with! She is passionate and very knowledgeable. She was always available to offer helpful advice in our processing of buying and selling. She is efficient and willing to work on your timeline with whatever you need. She is also very personable and friendly. I would highly recommend her!

I highly recommend Carrie Spicer to anyone looking to sell their home. Selling a house can be stressful, especially when things dont go as planned, but Carrie stayed with us through the entire process. She was responsive, straightforward, and always willing to answer my questions. I appreciated her patience and the work she put in to get our house sold. Thank you, Carrie, for helping us get to closing!

Carrie was very knowledgeable and experienced in this process and helped us navigate the selling process with ease. We moved out of state and were worried about the process as we were gone but Carrie took care of us and helped everything go smooth during a stressful move as it was unplanned and needed to happen fast due to family health. We appreciate the hard work and dedication that was shown to help us sell. Thank you Carrie!

Working with Carrie was outstanding! We wanted a lower budget starting home when we moved to Missouri. She helped coordinate closing between here and our home in Tennessee. She responded quickly in all regards while remembering our wants and needs. We definitely will be contacting her when we are ready to buy our "forever" home. Couldn't recommend anyone better to work with.

Carrie is absolutely by far amazing!!! She worked incredibly hard to ensure the home was what we were looking for! She took the time, showed us homes and was incredibly patient!! When the right one came along, she ensured it was everything we wanted and was at the price we were looking for. Carrie works incredibly hard and is dedicated to ensure all of her customers feel like family!! We are blessed for having had Carrie at our side!!
