She did a tremendous job on the marketing side, engaging a wonderful photogapher to take seasonal exterior photos as well interior photos. ZillowVERIFIED I have used Carrie several times and she never disappointed. I recently sold my house. She got pictures taken and had it listed so quickly. I had lots of showings and I think two open houses. She was amazing, efficient and I was comfortable leaving everything in her hands. There was a hiccup in the process that was truly a nightmare. I had it under contract quickly and these buyers and their agent were horrible to deal with and backed out at closing. Not only did she stay calm and professional with this situation, she also kept me sane and helped me get through it. When it fell through on closing, probably not even 30 minutes later she had updated pictures and had it re listed. We got it back under contract in an amazingly short time an I closed on it a couple days ago. She coordinated a lot of stuff that should have been my job to do, but she knew I was stressed and very busy. I am so grateful for all of her help and hard work. She is sweet and kind and I have also gained a wonderful friend.
