Delfina was an outstanding agent from start to finish. Always professional, very knowledgeable about the local market and very easy to communicate with. Responds very quickly no matter what time zone you are in! An all round excellent experience with Delfina and we highly recommend her.

Delfina was an amazing agent to work with when searching for our new CO home in the Vail Valley. She was very knowledgable about the different areas and communities in the Vail Valley and her insight helped us to narrow down the areas that best matched our needs. Delfina kept us informed of new homes coming on the market and stayed in touch even when we were back home looking from afar (from TN). She was always willing to take our calls, answer emails and even do drive-bys of the various houses we considered sending us photos. Once we narrowed down our choices, Delfina arranged 2 days of house hunting while we were in town - maximizing our time without overwhelming us. She sought out homes that were "coming soon" and arranged for us to see some of those too. Once we found the house for us, she was a joy to work with. She was the most professional agent we've ever worked with - and we've bought & sold several houses recently. She is excellent at walking you through the process and explaining the contact - especially items that are specific to the CO and Vail Valley area. I recommend her highly and would use her again if we were looking to buy or sell in the Vail Valley.

Real estate agents have always been among my least favorite professionals to deal with. However, we have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about our experience with Delfina. She is extremely professional, responsive and candid/direct. As an impatient person, I generally have to follow up with people to get my questions answered or things done in a timely manner. That has never once happened with Delfina, in the going on 4 years we have been using her services. We will continue to engage Delfina, whenever we can.
