ZillowVERIFIEDDelfina was an amazing agent to work with when searching for our new CO home in the Vail Valley. She was very knowledgable about the different areas and communities in the Vail Valley and her insight helped us to narrow down the areas that best matched our needs. Delfina kept us informed of new homes coming on the market and stayed in touch even when we were back home looking from afar (from TN). She was always willing to take our calls, answer emails and even do drive-bys of the various houses we considered sending us photos. Once we narrowed down our choices, Delfina arranged 2 days of house hunting while we were in town - maximizing our time without overwhelming us. She sought out homes that were "coming soon" and arranged for us to see some of those too. Once we found the house for us, she was a joy to work with. She was the most professional agent we've ever worked with - and we've bought & sold several houses recently. She is excellent at walking you through the process and explaining the contact - especially items that are specific to the CO and Vail Valley area. I recommend her highly and would use her again if we were looking to buy or sell in the Vail Valley.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were first-time home buyers and relatively new to Eagle County, so we needed a lot of guidance. In providing her support, Delfina had the patience of a saint and the brilliance of an expert throughout the process. She was on top of schedules and spinning plates and did a great job at remaining in contact and in communicating reasonable work-life boundaries for when she was hanging out with her kids. We felt like she worked hard for us, communicated honestly with us, and, most importantly, demonstrated care and compassion for us. Eagle County has a lot of real estate brokers/agents to choose from, so if you're reading this and on the fence, give Delfina a call--we could not recommend Delfina highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently had the pleasure of working with Delfina Darquier to sell my home in Cordillera, CO. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She sold my home that same day it was listed!!! From the very beginning, Delfina impressed me with her professionalism and thoroughness. She has real understanding of the local market trends of the area and provided a meticulous market analysis to determine the perfect listing price. I never met Delfina, our relationship was all thru phone and email, and she kept me informed every step of the way, patiently explaining the process and promptly answering any questions I had. She gave me great advice and invaluable support and guidance, and remained calm, collected, and always had my best interests at heart. I am really grateful to her for making the sale of my home such an easy process and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED As I was purchasing the property and live overseas, there was a time difference that existed, this caused some delay in responsiveness when possible. As I was purchasing sight unseen except for Zillow and information she sent me, but I trusted her as she was highly recommended by a good friend of mine.

ZillowVERIFIED I was introduced to Delfina through a friend that worked with her for the purchase of his home. His experience was exceptional and so was mine. In a market devoid of inventory, Delfina delicately dictated a sense of urgency without ever pressing the panic button. She was always responsive to my requests to visit a property, even when it went under contract within hours of hitting the market. She understood the value of viewing homes for the sake of building a basis for comparison. When I found my property, Delfina provided informed advice for the crafting of my offer. When my offer was accepted, she was genuinely excited for me. She effectively held my hand each step of the way thereafter. Delfina provided me with checklists and to-do lists to help keep my ducks in a row. She kept me informed of pending deadlines. As my closing day approached, Delfina remained in frequent contact to be sure everything was in place. I would recommend Delfina to any future buyer, especially a first-time buyer like myself. In fact, I have already put her in contact with a friend of mine as he begins the search for a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Im a first time buyer and this was a wonderful experience thanks to Delfina. I appreciate her willingness and availability to show us houses even with short notice requests. She has been on top of things since day 1. When she prepared the offer, I could see all her expertise on the field because the way she put our offer together got the sellers attention. I also felt a commitment on her side to negotiate our best interest. She always followed up on our questions and worked hard to keep communication flowing between the parties. Delfina is bilingual, so we were able to discuss terms in our native language Spanish and continue with the buying process in English. Id definitely recommend Delfina and hope to work with her again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED We are happy we got the chance to work with Delfina. From the first contact to the closing it was an excellent experience. She offered information and guidance above and beyond, I can say with confidence as we went through this process multiple times by now. Understanding our needs and our lifestyle she offered so much input in our thought process. She showed us a great variety of properties to compare and make our decision. The house we bought was the first day on the market when Delfina showed it to us. We made an offer the same day and closed shortly after.
