Engel and Voelkers-Park City

I've been working with Michael for over 10 years now. His help when he introduced us to Park City proved to be invaluable. But his help earlier this year when we decided to exit Park City (temporarily, I hope) was a God send! We had been receiving several unsolicited offers on our place and out of courtesy I thought I should let Mike know. His advice to cast a wider net was the best I've ever received. Multiple offers and all over asking. If you don't think you need a realtor, think again and then call Mike.

Michael is at the top of the game. He is kind, understanding and extremely attentive. We had several last minute requests and changes and Michael was always able to quickly deliver exactly what was needed without delay. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with!

over the years i have bought and sold my fair share of real estate and at the end of the deal i always feel that the sale or purchase could have gone better. this is a reflection on my realtor for that transaction, I mainly feel like they are not work hard and or just in it for the commission and as a result not always getting the best deal for me. Nicole was my first realtor that had my interests as her priority!. She was always on time to appointments and had done the research on the property and was able to answer my questions. In opinion Nicole is one of the best agent out there! we have all had that scatterbrained disorganized agent so do yourself and go with Nicole she will get you the best deal. Thanks, Rick

Michael did an amazing job assisting me with the purchase of a vacation property. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and an all-around a great person to have on my team. We toured multiple properties over the course of 6+ months. He was easy to get in contact with regarding any questions I had. If he didn't know the answer to my question he would put me in touch with the proper person. I highly recommend Michael for anyone in need of a Realtor in the Park City area!

Best Decision We Ever Made!!! We were in a situation where we needed to get out of our rental unit and Michael came through for Us!!!! He was able to find us to find us a place in an extremely hot market and we were able to close in 15 days!!!! Nobody else will ever beat his service, reliability and professionalism. We will be forever grateful for what he did for us.
