ZillowVERIFIEDMichael did an amazing job assisting me with the purchase of a vacation property. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and an all-around a great person to have on my team. We toured multiple properties over the course of 6+ months. He was easy to get in contact with regarding any questions I had. If he didn't know the answer to my question he would put me in touch with the proper person. I highly recommend Michael for anyone in need of a Realtor in the Park City area!

ZillowVERIFIED I've been working with Michael for over 10 years now. His help when he introduced us to Park City proved to be invaluable. But his help earlier this year when we decided to exit Park City (temporarily, I hope) was a God send! We had been receiving several unsolicited offers on our place and out of courtesy I thought I should let Mike know. His advice to cast a wider net was the best I've ever received. Multiple offers and all over asking. If you don't think you need a realtor, think again and then call Mike.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael Hatz served as our realtor for a condo we were building at Black Rock Ridge Mountain Resort in Kamas, Utah. Although we never met him in person during the original process (we live out of state and then had COVID restrictions on travel), Michael was exceedingly responsive to all questions and helped us every step of the way. Michael was our eyes and ears when we had to do a walk through and we were unable to attend because of COVID restrictions. He noted all issues on a punch list for us and made sure the issues were fixed. Moreover, we experienced an unforeseen, unfortunate situation with our mortgage broker, such that the night prior to closing we learned that the broker could not write the loan! Michael Hatz, our realtor (not the mortgage broker) was the person who contacted us and worked with us to locate another broker, helped manage details with us and the broker and even advocated for us with the builder when there was a few days' delay. We cannot say enough about Michael Hatz and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an earnest, honest, knowledgeable, personable agent. He is wonderful!

ZillowVERIFIED Michael helped us buy a house when we were 5000 miles away. He Understood who we were as a family , identified our specs, found a great shortlist for our visit and then negotiated tenaciously on our behalf. The house we bought was in partial completion which showed his out of the box thinking. We went from Idea , no knowledge of park City environment to purchase in six months.

ZillowVERIFIED I decided to place an offer on a townhome site unseen in Park City. I was familiar with the complex and the lay out of the unit. Michael showed it via Face time and then all of our communications/documents were electronic. He made me feel very comfortable with our decision. The unit will need some updating and he was forthcoming in recommendations for contractors. He is very knowledgable about the community and processes. I never felt that I was being "sold" any thing, it was just very amicable and fair.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with many realtors in my life and Michael Hatz is simply the best! We were searching for a house in Park City from 2,000 miles away and we are a bit picky so it took us two years to find the perfect house. Michael never once lost enthusiasm for showing us new houses and never ever made us feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase. He was super creative and able to help us visualize the different possibilities with each property which was essential to our decision making process. He's also a local who knows the area like the back of his hand and truly understands the pros and cons of every street in Park City. When we were finally ready to make a purchase, he was incredibly responsive, kept us well educated and informed at every step of the way, and I was amazed by what he was able to negotiate for us. He even helped us find honest, knowledgeable contractors who could help us understand the cost of changes we wanted to make to the house during our due diligence period. If all that weren't enough, he sincerely is just the nicest guy. I would recommend working with him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Mike now for nearly 5 years. We have purchased 4 properties together and sold 2. When it comes to knowledge and value in the Park City area I just don't believe you could find a better agent. His work ethic from start to finish in the negotiations are far better than I could ever have imagined. Kudos to his back office staff which made doing paperwork, painless. He also works with many local contactors For any remodeling needs. What a plus when trying to get things done from out of town. If you need an agent and friend Mike Hatch is your guy

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Michael was beyond a wonderful experience. He was knowledgeable about the market and the demand for our type of home and helped us make the best decisions by providing us all the data and his opinion. He instructed us on what to do to help our home sell (small fixes, setting up for showing, etc.) and we were under contract before our first open house. After getting under contract he continued to work to secure a backup offer and stayed in touch about the buyers questions and needs through out inspection and loan approval. If we ever had a question he was always available, even if he couldnt talk he would let us know when a better time would be within minutes. I highly recommend him if you are looking for an easy to reach, well informed, smart, and realistic realtor.

His attention to detail, professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness, kindness and humor is absolutely top notch! ZillowVERIFIED Working with Mike was a pure pleasure, because in the beginning of our relationship, he listened to my passion and understood what I was looking for in the Park City area. He developed a plan of action and locations to visit, all of which, were exactly what I was looking for. After finding a few lots that I was interested in, Mike used his incredible networking skills, our plan of action, got all of my questions answered and started to work with his network of other local realtors. We then made our offer which was accepted with negotiations while Mike stayed engaged through the entire process. Today, after the closing has been completed with no issues, I will be using Mike Hatz again in the Park City area and will be recommending him to my friends. I highly encourage you to also consider using Mike if you want a realtor that has integrity, is very knowledgeable, friendly and gets it right. Gregory Zupkus Prospect, CT

ZillowVERIFIED I found Michael on internet when I arrived to the USA without any knowledge about the property market here and not planning to buy originally but to rent. With a very professional, knowledgeable and friendly approach by Michael, it was not difficult for me to take a decision to buy, instead of renting with a high price. Michael's communication is super fast, he is patient answering all questions clearly and his networking skills and connections are what you need when purchasing a property. The transfer process was fast, which I highly valued given my very limited timetable on the spot. Michael is your man, if you require a professional property agent to help yo to find the best solution for you. He will go for an extra mile to find what you need! As a foreigner and world traveler, familiar with the property market in several continents, Michael is highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED Review Update (7-15-2018): Michael is the best real estate pro I've worked with, and I've worked with a bunch. This is the third real estate transaction we have completed in seven months. Mike has exceeded my expectations in every transaction. I could not be more pleased and would not consider using another agent. Selling vacant lots in Promontory is no easy task, Mike made it look easy. I've said it before, and I need to say it again: Mike definitely went above and beyond his job. 5 stars really isn't enough. Though Mike was ranked number 1 with all positive reviews, Mike's performance exceeded all expectations. 1. Expertise- His expertise and timely response makes him really indispensable. 2. Timely communication- Though Mike has many clients, I was amazed by how he was still able to respond to my emails and phone calls in a timely manner. He is personable and listens to our needs before he responds or recommends. His guidance is well appreciated as he is not a aEURoeyesaEUR? man but helped us to evaluate the important decisions in our pursuit of the perfect home. It is an extremely competitive market right now and we were able to close the deal with no stress. We began our relationship through a listing on Zillow almost a year prior.
