I have had the good fortune of working with the Emmer Real Estate Group on 4 separate transactions over the past 2+ years in the Green Lake terrace area. Jim Emmer and Kyle Johnson helped me sell our family lake home at a good price in June of 2022, and the process was smooth and efficient. Then, in August of 2022, Jim and Carol Skivington helped 3 neighbor-families and me to jointly purchase a woodlot within the shoreland zoning area. Which was then converted to a retention basin for run-off phosphorus mitigation by the County and the Sanitary District. The sellers accepted our initial offer, and the deal concluded quickly and cleanly at our closing company in Oshkosh. Next, I referred a close friend to Jim and Kyle, who helped her purchase a family vacation home in October of 2022, at a very attractive price. Again, the process went very satisfactorily for my friend, who lives out of the area. Lastly, in September of 2024, I engaged the Emmer Group to sell a vacant lot.
