Emmer Real Estate Group, Inc.

Carol and Mike were an excellent team in helping us sell our house. They were confident and guided us along each step of the process. The house sold quickly and was a smooth transaction. We would recommend them to others!

Carol is a knowledgeable and trustworthy Realtor. She was available and quick to get answers during my purchasing process and we closed quickly without any issues. I would highly recommend her for both buying and selling your real estate.

We cant say enough positive and thankful words about the selling experience with Carol & Mike Skivington real estate team! Selling property can be a stressful experience. With all of the real estate companies to choose from, one would think the choice to secure any professional in the business would be a simple matter. This is just not the case. The company that you choose to sell your property with, is very important! This is why after careful thought, we chose the Skivington team once we made the decision to place our property on the market for sale. Mike and Carol Skivington are REAL! No joke ??. They take pride and make things happen REAL fast from day one. Once we signed to list our property, we had an accepted offer with in weeks from start to finish. We all said that was fast. REAL FAST! Thank you, Mike and Carol for taking good care of us. John & Tonya Wesner

Working with Carol & Mike from The Skivington Team was truly an unforgettable experience. They went above and beyondaEUR"traveling hours to show our family homes across multiple locations and supporting us through a very short timeline while we were in Wisconsin. They were so much more than realtors. They genuinely cared about our family, walked us through every step, and made us feel completely supported the entire way. They advocated for us, kept us informed, and celebrated right alongside usaEUR"Carols excitement when our offer was accepted made that moment even more special. We truly feel like we gained lifelong friends and couldnt be more grateful. Highly recommend The Skivington Team!
