Carol spent so much time helping us find the perfect home and was patient and understanding of our needs the entire time. She was incredibly responsive and always helped us when we asked for it. If she didn't know the answer to a question (and there were lots of questions since it was all new to us), she found the answer quickly. During the many house tours, we always felt comfortable sharing what we really thought and whether or not it was going to work for us. She never rushed us or let us settle. She arranged for me to view my current home within the hour of my call, which was just a few hours after it was listed. I decided to make an immediate offer and since this was my first solo home buying experience, I relied on her guidance when writing that offer. Carol began to communicate with the seller's agent that very evening and kept me in the loop the entire time.
