Ben showed at property in Lynn Haven twice and we purchased the home. We asked for several pieces of information on flood insurance - Ben told us that we could assume the current property owners flood insurance - Ben never provided the information. I had to ask for information on utility contact information - electric, water, etc. things that I think the realtor should provide without having the buyer ask. After closing we have requested information on local tile companies, landscapers, etc. and our request has gone unanswered, email has no response. Seems that since the sell is final we are not a priority.
