ZillowVERIFIEDBen showed at property in Lynn Haven twice and we purchased the home. We asked for several pieces of information on flood insurance - Ben told us that we could assume the current property owners flood insurance - Ben never provided the information. I had to ask for information on utility contact information - electric, water, etc. things that I think the realtor should provide without having the buyer ask. After closing we have requested information on local tile companies, landscapers, etc. and our request has gone unanswered, email has no response. Seems that since the sell is final we are not a priority.
ZillowVERIFIEDIf you need to purchase a home in Panama City Beach area I would highly recommend Ben. He does not pressure you at all and lets you take your own pace. Ben is a knowledgeable guy when it comes to navigating the complex real estate business. Very personable and can negotiate hard for you.
ZillowVERIFIEDBen helped my wife and I sell our home and buy our new home. Ben was very professional but very calm and laid back in a relaxing way. I appreciated Ben's ability to help us understand the process. this process was somewhat new to us, as we have not bought or sold a home in over 20 years. Ben was always available, always ready to answer a question or put a fear to rest. Ben sold our house in under 48 hours. I highly recommend Ben Alexander and Premier Coastal.
ZillowVERIFIEDBen is the hardest working relator's EVER!!!!! He found our dream home in the Cove last year. It was a crazy circus ride and I bugged him nearly everyday. He always returned my calls and answered all my crazy questions and kept me positive up till the day we closed. Thank you Ben for all your hard work. I will recommend you to all friends looking to sell or buy.
