He knew which people to contact to ask a question or to get something fixed. Rich stepped us through all the paperwork and made the entire process seamless. I always have many questions, and Rich was patient. I would call or text him, and he would always get back with me, and that responsiveness is the most important skill to me and Rich has demonstrated that to me every day. It has been a long time since I bought a home, and this process could have been very stressful, but Rich walked us through it all with no surprises.
