Rich was able to arrange viewings of the homes we had identified and also a few others we had missed. He gave us solid feedback on the homes as we toured and great information on local factors and considerations. We like to move quickly and Rich was exceptionally fast and responsive during the offer/counter/close process. He was able to "read" the situation with the sellers and agent accurately, providing us good advice throughout. Rich attended the inspections for us and kept on top of the details. Post-closing, Rich has been helpful with contacts and suggestions for resolving minor issues identified in the inspection. Overall we very much enjoyed working with Rich and highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Rich did a terrific job for us. He went above and beyond what I would expect of a real estate agent to do. My wife is a former realtor and she never (sorry honey) worked as hard as Rich did for us. He responded to all my emails, texts, and phone calls in a prompt timely manner. He looked up needed info, dealt with the seller, and just did what needed to be done. He knows the area, what's on the market, and what's sold recently. He came up with realistic comps so I knew what a reasonable, fair price would be for my property. He seemed to be more like a friend and a neighbor (which he is) than a realtor. Thanks Richard!
