Dawn was very helpful and friendly; she did not waste time and yet was great for conversation. I didnt rate all categories as 5 stars due to my personal inexperience and lack of ability to be certain when it comes to these matters. It seemed that, during our business with Dawn, she did everything right and well on her end.

I expected buying a property out-of-state in Florida was going to be a nightmare but Dawn made the entire process unbelievably smooth. Shes extremely knowledgeable, has excellent communication, and was very proactive with every step, every detail, from start to finish throughout the entire process. Having her as the realtor removed so much stress for me being thousands of miles away in NJ. I honestly couldnt have done it without her.
