Each time, whether acting as our buyer or seller agent, Chris maintained absolute professionalism. She has always taken the time to educate us re: area market which helped to manage our expectations and allowed for ease with each transaction. In addition, Chris's quick wit and charming sense of humor, made the rare, occasional frustration, seem completely unimportant. Without fail, she kept us on track, providing us with any contact or professional needed to complete and keep commitments made by either party. Chris was in constant contact, sometimes answering questions before we knew we had them. She, herself, is a wealth of information and a resource all her own. Our last transaction was the sale of a property, which was listed, 24 hours later had our first showing, went immediatley under contract and 30 days later, we we closed and the sale complete! ZillowVERIFIED Are you kidding? Chris is better than a realtor, she's a friend. She showed us the first house in June 2020; then over the course of a couple months, knew what we were looking for better than we did. When the house we contracted to buy was significantly damaged by Hurricane Sally, we continued our search and ended up buying the same house as-is with a construction contract to rebuild the way we want. She guided us through the entire process and we finally closed 9 months after our original Purchase Contract...you can have a baby in that amount of time! Her patience was remarkable, she's pretty ok in our little black book of pretty ok people...
