Ted is the best -- he exceeded our expectations at every step and was invaluable to our process. Ted had seemingly limitless patience in driving us around over many weekends and helping us figure what we wanted, all the while modifying the locations he was showing us based on our input (and never tried to push us out of our range). When the right place finally came (back) on the market, he let us know within hours and before anyone else could get to it. We could not have navigated the negotiation and inspection process without his continuous help. I don't think we could have gotten the place we did at the price we did without Ted, and could not be happier with his help. Deep knowledge of the MCM market, fierce advocacy when faced with the other side, and the ability to understand our needs and wants and to conform the search to them are all extremely valuable -- what made Ted indispensable was his ability to combine all three.
