Working with Teo Palmieri made the entire process feel smooth and reassuring from beginning to end. Thanks to his guidance, we successfully closed the sale of our Miami Beach condo, and we truly couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent. From our very first conversation, Teo impressed us with his calm, positive, and professional demeanor. He always communicated clearly and promptly, keeping us informed every step of the way. His confidence, deep knowledge of the market, and resourcefulness gave us complete peace of mind throughout the transaction. What meant the most to us was his genuine commitment to helping. No request was ever too small, and on more than one occasion he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It's rare to find someone who is not only highly skilled but also so dependable, responsive, and willing to do whatever it takes for his clients. It was truly a pleasure working with Teo and his wonderful team at Elite Ocean View Realty LLC. They made us feel supported, valued, and in very capable hands throughout the entire process. We wholeheartedly recommend Teo to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and dedicated real estate professional. Without a doubt, he will be the first person we call for our next real estate transaction. Thank you, Teo, for making this such a positive experience!

After interviewing several agents, I knew from the beginning that Teo was the one who would be the best to represent me. He was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and gave me good advice from the beginning as to the best way to sell my five condominium units. After a lot of hard work, he was able to sell all five in a bulk sale. He was always on top of things and communicated with me daily. He is an excellent negotiator and was able to get great value for me. In the occupied units, Teo worked seamlessly with the tenants so that the buyers agent could see them in a timely manner. From first offer until closing, Teo made the selling of my units effortless. Whether you are selling or buying one property or several, I think Teo will be an excellent agent for you.

Excellent person, very professional, 100% recommend. Im glad working with him and his wife on my buying journey. He is always available when you need him, he always has the patience to listen and answer any question.

We highly recommend our Miami real estate agent, Teo. Since we werent local, his knowledge of the market and guidance throughout the process were invaluable in helping us find the right property. What truly set him apart was his commitment to going above and beyond. He connected us with an outstanding attorney who specializes in pre-construction real estate and worked directly with the developer and sales team whenever we needed clarification on contract terms or had concerns. He was always responsive, proactive, and genuinely looked out for our best interests. His professionalism, expertise, and dedication gave us confidence throughout the entire process. If youre buying or investing in Miami real estate, you wont find a better advocate.

If I could give Teo 10 stars, I would! He made the impossible happen. His market knowledge is razor-sharp, his negotiation skills are top-tier, and their communication is flawless. Responsive, professional, and a genuine pleasure to work with. Do not hesitate, hire Teo.
