ZillowVERIFIED After interviewing several agents, I knew from the beginning that Teo was the one who would be the best to represent me. He was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and gave me good advice from the beginning as to the best way to sell my five condominium units. After a lot of hard work, he was able to sell all five in a bulk sale. He was always on top of things and communicated with me daily. He is an excellent negotiator and was able to get great value for me. In the occupied units, Teo worked seamlessly with the tenants so that the buyers agent could see them in a timely manner. From first offer until closing, Teo made the selling of my units effortless. Whether you are selling or buying one property or several, I think Teo will be an excellent agent for you.

ZillowVERIFIED Cannot say enough about how wonderful it is to work with Teo. From browsing to closing (and then some!), he is professional, patient, kind, knowledgeable, connected, efficient, polite and never once pushed us into closing a deal. Word of mouth is the best recommendation - which is exactly how we found him! Now I'm ready to do the same for anyone wanting a hassle-free broker! Every email, text, phone call and follow up was responded to in the most efficient manner. Never had to ask twice for anything! Living out of state, we would come for short trips to Miami and Teo would always plan out apartments to see, pick us up, take us around and gave us the scoop on each building/apartment. He would prepare a folder of all the info and would send us in email form too. Not once did we feel pressured to rush or settle for anything less than what we wanted. In fact we had to pull out of an offer due to sudden illness prior to this purchase and Teo handled everything for us with grace and professionalism. When we finally found our dream home, execution was seamless and no detail left to chance. Even after closing, he followed up to make sure we were good. Teo is by far a league above the rest! We highly recommend Teo and are so grateful to have met him.

ZillowVERIFIED Teo is amazing ! I am so happy he was my real estate agent! 1/ I feel like I had nothing to do because it took care of everything proactively. And as a first-time buyer, it's extremely reassuring! 2/ his team is amazing, very responsive, his legal team even reached out to me 3 months later to remind me to pay my taxes and reached out to me again 7 months later to remind me to file for the homestead. 3/ Teo is extremely helpful and very connected. Anytime I needed something, i could reach out to him, and he would provide me with someone's contact even months after closing. I will definitely recommend him to my friends. Thanks for making it the easiest possible for me! Forever grateful!

ZillowVERIFIED I recently had the good fortune to have Teo Palmieri as my sellers agent for my property in Miami Beach. Unlike many other brokers and agents who offered vague promises of finding buyers, putting the property on the MLS, and other elaborate marketing plans and proposals, Teo actually delivered and backed up his words with real results and quickly found several qualified buyers. Teo is extremely knowledgeable about the local market and can easily recite current listings, recent sales and comps off the top of his head. He is very confident in what he does and that confidence and positive attitude enables him to build a sense of trust that is very reassuring. Once the property was under contract, Teo facilitated prompt and responsive communication between me, the buyers broker, the title company, and the HOA management company, and kept everyone informed and in the loop about what was going on at each stage of the transaction. Teo is very open and personable, responsive, and fully engaged in the process from the initial visit to the final closing. A top-notch realtor that I am happy to recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Where do i even start? In my book, Teo is the most hard working realtor Ive ever met! Ive purchased a couple of houses before and had good experiences with realtors, but what makes Teo the best, is his above and beyond performance, being on top of requirements and non-stop negotiation with the other party for us to have a better deal.. I feel I basically didnt have to do much having Teo on my side. He made the transaction as smooth and easy as 123. I already recommended him to my sister in law and my other friends!

ZillowVERIFIED They say death and moving are the most traumatic experiences in life. Having bought and sold several properties in my lifetime, I know firsthand how stressful selling a property can be. When it came time to sell our second home in Miami Beach, I sought a realtor who was not just competent, but experienced and successful in all aspects of home sales. I found that realtor in Teo Palmeri. From our initial meeting, Teo had researched the market value and other aspects of selling our property, and quickly listed it on MLS and several on-line sites. He was always enthusiastic about our home, and he spent a great deal of time with potential buyers explaining the property's value and how each party could tailor the house and outdoor space to their needs. Teo never put a lock box on the door to allow other realtors/clients access to the house without him or one of his associates - an important aspect to me and my family since we were not physically at the house for long periods of time. He always kept me informed about potential buyers, inspections, negotiations, etc and quickly responded to my queries. I think Teo is one of the best realtors I have ever encountered and highly recommend him and his team at Elite Ocean View Realty to anyone seeking to sell or purchase property in the Miami area.

ZillowVERIFIED TEO IS AS GOOD AS THEY GET! He's got great market knowledge, communication skills, integrity, responsiveness, and marketing savvy (including great tech and social media skills). He knows prices and the competition, and is diligent in trying to get things right the first time. He also takes (or arranges for) GREAT photos and he's good at design: his print, digital, and social media marketing materials reflect his high quality of design. Teo leased our condo for us within 30 days of getting the rental listing when our prior broker had not generated a qualified renter in 3 months of marketing. THANK YOU TEO!

ZillowVERIFIED Teo is a true professional. He is highly responsive, patient and kept me in the loop. The first place I tried to purchase, a short sale, fell through due to issues on the seller's side. Within 48 hours of the dealing not happening Teo had appointments to show me other homes. I wound up purchasing a new construction. Teo was knowledgable about both short sales and new constructions. He really cared about finding the right home for my family. This is a rarity in an industry where most realtors/brokers are more focused on closing a transaction as a quickly as possible. I highly recommend Teo. He exceeded my expectations.

ZillowVERIFIED After my apartment was over appraised by another realtor and remained idle for six months, I decided to look for another realtor. I found Teo thru zillow.com because of his excellent reviews. He definitely lived up to my expectation. He was able to find a buyer within a month, even though the deal failed thru because the buyer could not get the loan. He was able to secure another buyer within a week. Very impressed ! This time I was able to sell it w/ o much complication. I also like his negotiation skills. The deal was delayed for a week and he managed to ask the buyer to compensate me for the delay. He is very responsive and keep you updated the whole time.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot recommend Teo more highly. He is professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. We could not be there for the sale property due to the fact that we were out of state; Teo made, what seemingly would be a very difficult process, easy. He made sure we were consistently in the loop and most importantly he was engaged and committed in representing us in getting the best deal possible. In a realtor market where people often present a false facade, Teo is a rare genuine article and you won't be disappointed if you choose him and his agency to represent you.

ZillowVERIFIED At the beginning of February, I wanted to purchase a condo as in investment in Miami Beach but I was not sure what to expect due to fact that the area is very price. I went on line and I saw a unit located in an area that has become very trendy and well situated. I called up a phone number that was on the contact section of the website. The following day, Mr. Teo Palmieri showed me the unit that I was interesting in and even though I decided to see other properties his demeanor was incredible thoughtful. I was able to see that Mr. Palmieri knows his stuff when it comes to sell or purchase of properties on the Miami Beach Area. After seeing probably about four more units before I found right one I noticed that Mr. Palmieri was very good in terms of making appointments and He made me feel very comfortable and was never forceful at all. Whenever I asked Mr. Palmieri a question, he would get back to me not only by answering any question by providing me with the best advice. I value very much the way Mr. Palmieri was able to negotiate the final cost of my new investment. I was able to feel his support from the first moment I saw the unit all the way up to the closing. I will be gratefully to Mr. Palmieri for his service and his advice.
