Right from the start I was impressed with Jules, she knew the market, she asked good questions, she understood the condo associations rules and regulations better than I did and caught a huge error that definitely would have effected one of the offers on my property. She explained her strategy on pricing my condo and she couldnt have been more spot on, her plan worked perfectly and I couldnt be happier. Ive seen other listings on the market miss the mark, they lost the crucial first impressions by potential buyers with a poor pricing and marketing strategy. I had an offer over asking within the first day and multiple offers by the second. I followed all of her recommendations to the letter, I decluttered, I moved things to stage better, she explained each offer and the pros and cons of each perfectly. Overall a great experience, I cant wait to use her to find my next home when I'm ready.
