Element RE, Inc

As first time home buyers, Char was an invaluable resource! We had questions about every step of the process and she always had an answer! Char was always easy to reach and eager to help! Shes been in this business a while and knows it inside and out. Shes also a great negotiator, which was amazing for us as we are both not good negotiators. If you're looking to buy or sell, I cannot recommend Char enough!

Buying and selling a home can be overwhelming, but Yvette made the whole process so smooth for me. She was always quick to respond, explained every step clearly, and went out of her way to handle all the little details so I didnt have to stress. Thanks to her, everything closed on time and without any surprises. If you need someone whos professional, reliable, and truly cares about her clients, shes the one!

We have worked with Char and Dennis to buy and sell many homes over the years, and there is a reason we continue to choose them every time. Their knowledge, integrity, professionalism, and genuine commitment to their clients are truly exceptional. Most recently, Char also sold my moms home, which sold the very first weekend for a considerable amount over asking. Trusting someone with your own home is one thing; trusting them to take care of someone you love says even more about the confidence we have in her. Char and Dennis have always gone above and beyond for us, and their commitment doesnt end when escrow closes. They are responsive, honest, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly care about the people they represent. Human Element is the perfect name for the brokerage they have built because that personal connection really is at the heart of how they do business. After many transactions and many years of working together, Char and Dennis have earned our trust over and over again. We wholeheartedly recommend Char, Dennis, and Human Element. Five stars simply arent enough!

Sean did an outstanding job getting me into the home I wanted. He was diligent and always available to guide me through the process. Good negotiator as well. I highly recommend him for any of your real estate needs. Thanks Sean!

Char made buying and selling my properties very easy throughout the years. I have worked with her several times and each time I was very happy with her personal touch and how she walked me through the process with no problems. Char's knowledge of the area is unbelievable. I love how she always returns your calls in a timely manner. Communication is excellent. Her office did a great job marketing my properties that I wanted to sell which made the process go very quickly. I will always work with Char and I recommend her to all my friends.
