Jessica and Dirk were amazing!Jessica went the extra mile acting as our buyers agent to ensure a successful transaction in a very difficult market and competitive environment. From initial negotiations to closing we received excellent service from both Jessica and Dirk. In our case, there were difficulties with the lender, potential appraisal issues, significant inspection issues, and a very tight escrow time period. The property itself was under handled by a trust as well (adding to the level of complexity). However, all issues were handled in a very professional and most important to us, transparent way. Jessica tackled issues that we didn't even 'know' were issues, which was above and beyond what we expected.My wife and I can't speak highly enough about this team. Dirk really knows the real estate market in Northwest Portland and did an all-around amazing job selling our home.
