Hello All. I wrote one glowing review of Francesco and for reasons unknown, it never published, which is a shame as it was a beautiful piece of lyrical prose. This will be more straight to the point: Francesco is great! I was concerned, since he often sells high-end properties, that I would get lost in the shuffle but I couldn't be any more wrong. He was always available if I had questions, was willing to listen to my thoughts and suggestions, and seriously had a passion to sell my house at top dollar. It was interesting. I didn't feel he was working for me as much as he was with me. We made up a plan, followed it, and closed escrow in record time with far more than I anticipated. Everything went smoothly and I couldn't be more happy. I highly recommend Francesco if you desire to sell your house and have an easy time doing it.

I would say about five years ago we met Francesco in Yorba Linda, we wanted to see a house for sale. He gave us his contact info and he took the time throughout the years to stay in touch, send kind texts for the holidays. See how life is treating us, it was always a sweet hello, not overbearing by any means. We finally reached a time when we were able to purchase. He was readily available and always eager to assist in any way possible. I would say even under the most stressful circumstances he always made us feel comfortable and confident with our choices. Purchasing a home in todays market is incredibly difficult, the prices are so high and the homes need so much work. We weighed out our options and decided on a newly built town home in chino. The entire process was seamless, maybe a few hiccups on the initial move in with the new house build but overall Francesco was always available should we need anything. His calm, kind and caring demeanor was always comforting throughout this entire home purchase. I will definitely refer him to any friends and family, should they need his services, in the future. We cannot recommend Dianna highly enough. She was absolutely exceptional throughout our entire home-buying experience and went far beyond anything we expected from a real estate agent. Dianna is diligent, incredibly responsive, experienced, knowledgeable, and always several steps ahead. She learned our preferences so quickly that I could simply favorite a home on Zillow, and by the next day she would often already have a showing arranged without me even needing to ask. While we were touring homes, she paid close attention to our reactions and would immediately adjust the search based on what she learned. There were times when she was scheduling additional homes for us to see only 10 minutes later. Her initiative and efficiency were genuinely impressive. She also has an incredible ability to balance professionalism with being warm and personable. Throughout the process, we always felt that she had our best interests in mind. She went above and beyond her responsibilities countless times and was there for us through every step of the process. Buying a home can be overwhelming, but having Dianna representing us gave us so much confidence. She was someone we could trust, rely on, and turn to whenever we had a question or concern. We also never expected to walk away from this experience with a new friend, but that is exactly what happened. We became close very quickly, which says a lot about the kind of person she is. We truly dont know what we would have done without her and feel incredibly fortunate that Dianna was our realtor. Anyone would be lucky to have her representing them. 10/10, without hesitation.
