Local Knowledge (5/5): She had an in-depth knowledge of the type of houses that were in the neighborhood I wanted to live in. She helped me look in the 90807 Bixby Heights neighborhood. She knew what was for sale and which of those houses were good deals. The properties that we viewed were catered to the details of our conversations. I didnt feel like I was wasting my time viewing properties that I couldnt afford or had zero interest in. Process Expertise (5/5): Dianna was clear and concise. When I asked a question, she either knew the answer or found out for me very quickly. I never felt like I was left aEURoehigh and dry.aEUR? Her answers were thorough and she gave me a lot of insights and what was to come. When there is so much money at play, you want assurances that youre moving in the right direction. Dianna provided the answers that I needed to be there. I had questions about how certain offers would stack up and what rates I could be looking at. Responsiveness (5/5): Like I noted earlier, she was very responsive and in a multitude of different ways. Whether it be via a voice call, text, or email, she put in the effort to make sure that I was heard and that my questions got answers. As a first time buyer, this was absolutely pivotal for me. It was a learning experience. Negotiation Skills: I didnt provide this information because I didnt have any insight on her negotiation skills. I wasnt ready to buy at the time so we never went into escrow. When I am ready, I know exactly how I will be calling because working with Dianna was so wonderful.
