Semira is always helpful and realistic about the market, and there's never any pressure to buy a house (our first house we toured over 30 properties). For our most recent purchase, she was able to recommend a pre-inspection walkthrough, so that we could put our offer in without an inspection, which is almost a necessity in this crazy market. With the pre-inspection walkthrough, we were able to get someone in on very short notice, and we were put at ease that we were putting an offer in on a solid house, even though we didn't have a full inspection. We absolutely love working with Semira and she will always be our go-to for anything real estate related!
