ZillowVERIFIEDSemira was amazing to work with. She gave so much of her personal time to help us in our house hunt (she even helped us tremendously while she was on vacation!) and was always ready with a prompt response. She helped us find the best house for us, at the best price we could! She is also very well-connected with other realtors in the area, so she was able to get us a lot of beneficial information that gave us an advantage in this market. Definitely would recommend her for anyone looking for a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Semira helped us pick out our home 10 years ago and we have loved it like the day we moved in. We were living in Chicago and looking to move to Minneapolis. We looked at about 25 houses in one weekend and ended up buying a house that she picked out for us. We have had several friends since then have a similar experience. She learned our taste and picked out the best house just for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Semira assisted me with the sale of my home, and I had a great experience. She was always very responsive and did a great job negotiating the sale of my home. With her networking and communication the house actually sold before it even hit the market. I have highly recommended her to all my friends and will use her in the future for all my real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED This process was as smooth and effective as any I have ever seen. Semira did such an excellent job to address all aspects of this process. I have already recommended Semira to a friend and will continue, without hesitation, to do so with other friends and colleagues that have need of her real estate skills. She is effective, efficient and very easy to work with. She has my highest possible recommendation.

ZillowVERIFIED I thought Semira was very professional & a great Realtor! I had my house on the market for months with very little activity. I listed with Semira & it was sold in 28 days! She?s very hard working & will do what it takes to sell your house!

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Semira as your realtor if you are looking to buy or sell a home Semira is very knowledgeable in het field and professional to work with. As our real estate agent, she assisted us in finding the right home for our family at the lower end of our price range which was great. It definitely makes the process more enjoyable when you have a realtor that you can trust like Semira.
