Derek was available at the drop of a hat, for tours, negotiations and updates. I never felt as if I had to follow up with him. He seemed to have a good relationship between agents, which helped with negotiations and clarity of the entire sale. He was hands on and always came for any tours, walk throughout or second (or third) visits.
